Eliminate Stress By Eliminating Risk

We talk alot about mental health on this site, different ailments or issues and products are exercises that can help with them.  One thing I have been reading a lot about lately is the physical manifestation of your thoughts into illness or ailments.  In other words if you are stressed all the time your body often can show symptoms such as skin irritations, weight gain, mood swings and depression.

How can we avoid stress in our life?

Exercise regularly

Have an active social life

Volunteer or Attend Church

Try not to worry constantly about things you cant control

Be financialy responsible where possible, for example don’t drive without car insurance don’t create opportunities for problems.

Avoid Getting a Cold

I just got back from a trip for Christmas and the plane was full of people sneezing and coughing and hacking! I felt trapped in a tube of death.

How Can We Avoid Getting a Cold

Boost your bodies imune system by doing the following:

  • Get plenty of sleep
  • Drink lots of water
  • Exercise regularly
  • Eat Right and try to supplement with vitamins
  • Also try to stay warm

I also dress warm and use heated mattress pads (it keeps me warm what can I say)

Stress equal skin problems

My father is a lead planner for a construction management company, he sits in front of the computer using project management software all day making sure that the project come in on time and on budget. Well I can tell you that is a stressful and demanding job. Hewo is 60 years old and has had skin problems until recently. Here is a modern cure, that is not so modern about 4 months ago he started going to my mothers massage therapist 2 times a week after just 4 weeks his skin had cleared!

Massage is truly wonderful!

Live right or you might die sooner rather than later

I am really trying to lose weight, but that is only half the battle I really need to get my cholesterol levels down fast I am at 300 and have too high levels of triglycerides and low levels of the good fats. I am a dead man walking, my agent is always trying to get me to look at universal life insurance quotes but I have been hesitant to buy, maybe I should look at it or maybe I should bust my ass and lose some more weight and start taking some cholesterol lowering meds!
