- Try to keep positive outlook towards life. If you think you will forget important things write down, use alarms and be positive towards your life. Anxiety is not a physical problem, it is a state of mind. The more you think negatively, the more anxious you will become.
- Every day keep minimum half an hour for yourself. Do any activity which you enjoy. It can be watching a movie, reading a novel or talking with your friends. Socialising with other people can help you come out of anxiety.
