Easy Steps to Start Losing Weight

How many diet pills have you tried? Diet pills, slimming teas, detox formulas? Fad diets? If we can try them all and see what really works why not? But has any of them really worked for you? Some may say yes, many in fact will say yes. What about the rest? Isn’t it so hard to find one that we can say can give us the best weight loss results? I’m sure many of us have done crash diets. Remember that trip to the beach with your friends? Your sister’s wedding and you were matron of honor? And all those important events when you wanted to impress. We all want to look good don’t we?

Here are some tips I found that may also help you on your way to slimmer thighs and flatter abdomens:

1. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day, this helps flush away toxins in your body. It’s also good that you start your day by drinking 2 glasses of lukewarm water before you take in any food. It cleanses your system and prepares it for the day.

2. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables; they’re full with vitamins that will keep you healthy and fiber that can promote good digestion.

3. Eat your food slowly! I always wondered why my slim friends tend to eat really slow.. They actually chew the food. Gives enough time for your stomach to figure out if it’s still hungry or not.

4. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Walk, run, do some household chores that require some lifting or moving stuff, dance, move around the house or play with your pets or kids if you have any.

5. Give a little time before sleep. Set up your sleeping time and make sure you don’t eat anything 3 hours before you sleep. One thing I noticed when I do this is I don’t wake up hungry, I usually wake up feeling hungry when I eat just before I go to sleep I don’t know if that’s just me or if it happens to everyone.

There are so many things you can do to get that figure you always wanted. Start in small steps. Starting with these easy steps can lead you to that goal. A doctor’s advice on what pills or formula to take would always be a good start.
