Eliminate Stress By Eliminating Risk
We talk alot about mental health on this site, different ailments or issues and products are exercises that can help with them. One thing I have been reading a lot about lately is the physical manifestation of your thoughts into illness or ailments. In other words if you are stressed all the time your body often can show symptoms such as skin irritations, weight gain, mood swings and depression.
How can we avoid stress in our life?
Exercise regularly
Have an active social life
Volunteer or Attend Church
Try not to worry constantly about things you cant control
Be financialy responsible where possible, for example don’t drive without car insurance don’t create opportunities for problems.
