Home Improvement Equals Pain In The Back

I was recently installing some new Hinkley lighting which I picked up after the holidays when I fell off my ladder. My back was killing me. For me traditional pain relievers often don’t cut it but I am not big on prescription medication. What should I take? If any you know a good remedy for lower back pain or herniated disks please let me know. For now I am popping Alieve with miminal results.
