This will help increase your metabolism and your weight loss will become easier and faster. The most important meal of the day is breakfast, and you should not in any away avoid it.

7. Eat your food slowly and chew it well. By eating slowly you will eat less because your stomach will have enough time to inform your brain that it has acquired the necessary energy from food. By chewing your food well you assist the digestion process and you also lose more calories while eating (through the movement of your mouth).

8. Never go to the supermarket with an empty stomach. This is a very important pre-caution measure. Many people go to the supermarket when they are hungry and as a result they buy a lot of food (usually fatty food) that they should not eat. Protect your self from temptations as much as possible. If there are such foods in your house throw them away and replace them with healthy, low fat food and lots of fresh fruits.
