Unemployment and Stress

Stress is a major health issue right now, with almost 30 million Men and Women in America not working, finances are very tight.  This stress has to go somewhere and in many cases can manifest it self in many ways, in the form of a weaker immune system, depression, skin problems as well as dramatic mood swings.

How can we fight stress so that we are at the top of our game during this challenging time?

Exercise daily, exercise releases important chemicals that make you feel better while at the same time keeping your physical body fit, and improving overall health.  Exercise is an important part of your fight against stress.  Also you must be willing to look outside of your typical “box” when searching for solutions to problems.  For example if you are in sales and have been for 20 years, why not consider a production job if it pays well, has good benefits and a stable job trajectory perhaps it can replace your income and lower your stress factor?
